About the Program
The Annual Fall Youth Leadership Conference & OMEGA STEM brings together students in grades
7–12 for a day of leadership, mentorship, and hands-on STEM learning.
Through engaging sessions and real-world experiences, students gain the tools and confidence to
succeed in school, careers, and life.
